Who I am 

My name is Renee Richards.  I have been a licensed therapist for over 25 years.  I found myself caught in the alcohol trap for years and finally found a way out.  I now use everything I have learned and experienced to help other ladies take a break from alcohol- whether it is for 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years!
